About
The Rec Staff plays a vital role in creating an unforgettable camp experience! As part of this team, you will lead games, activities, and high-energy recreation, helping campers build friendships, grow in confidence, and have an absolute blast.
But being on Rec Staff is about more than just fun—it’s about serving with excellence. You are the ones campers will look up to, whether it’s through your enthusiasm, leadership, or the way you encourage and support them. Your energy, attitude, and work ethic set the tone for the entire camp.
As a member of Rec Staff, you’ll be challenged to grow spiritually, work as a team, and give your all in creating an amazing environment where kids and youth can encounter God in a powerful way. This role is a privilege and an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
If you’re ready to bring your best, serve with passion, and be part of something bigger than yourself, we can’t wait to have you on the team!
